Eliot Parker - Creative Director
Eliot Parker is our resident creative head honcho. He manages, advises and directs our creative teams. Coming from a background in the movie industry, Eliot produced the advertising campaigns for some of the biggest motion pictures of the 21st century under the 21st Century Fox creative team. Drawn to Atlas by the appeal of an ethically respnsible firm, Eliot is passionate about the environment and human rights.
Lucy Ryan - Chief Executive Officer
Lucy’s passion for the environment and the power of storytelling reflects in her innovative leadership style, Lucy’s career began in the creative departments of some of Australia’s most respected ad agencies, including George Patterson, McCann Erickson and DDB Needham. After holding a Director position at Evolution media for four years, She worked with Compass PR to create Atlas and currently sits as Chief Executive Officer.
James Pizzie - Compass Chief Executive Officer
Chief executive officer James Pizzie has extensive experience in marketing and business management, having led major corporations, NGOs and family businesses in over 25 industries around the world. He is regarded as an industry thought leader and is consistently mentioned as one of the top 25 foremost experts on corporate trust. James also has a Bachelor of business and communications degree from Charles Sturt University.

Georgia Robinson - Human Resource Manager
Georgia Robinson is the Human Resources Manager for Atlas, and has worked in the position since the creation of the agency. She is responsible for the recruitment of new and competent employees, and the development and management of internal training programs. Previously, Georgia served as Director of Human Resources for Veolia, Australia’s leading company in environmental solutions. This is what ignited her desire in environmental sustainability.
Perry Neilson - Chief Finance Officer
Perry Neilson Joind Atlas in 2014 as CFO. Before advertising, Perry worked as a certified public accountant for Coopers & Lybrand. He joined Y&R as assistant controller and subsequently became CFO of The Rowland Company, a major public relations firm where he remained until joining Atlas. In addition to having an undergraduate degree in accounting and a graduate degree in taxation, Perry also holds a law degree from New York Law School. He is an admitted member of the New York Bar Association.
Tamara Costé - Sustainability Consultant
Tamara Costé is a straight up eco-warrior. Hailing from a background at Greenpeace, Tamara is a activist for equality, sustainability and corporate responsibility. Heading up our international client audit program, Tamara provides Atlas with the cosultancy we need to live up to the standards we have set ourselves.
